About the artist:
A certified florist, formerly from Michigan, Lisa dabbles in
several artistic mediums, including: taxidermy, all aspects
of floral and interior design, landscape art, and jewelry,
some of which has been featured in national publications,
even earning honors such as first runner up for designer of
the year. Having fallen in love with the unbridled freedom
and vast wilderness of Alaska; Lisa moved north to a
remote interior "bush" community in 2003. An avid hunter
fisher, botanist, rock hound, naturalist, Lisa, finds
inspiration in the boundless beauty around her,
incorporating many natural materials into her designs,
some playfully trendy, others uniquely one of a kind
creations.
